At SAME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures that your exchange or refund is handled with the same care we put into our designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original garment bags with tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return to our warehouse.
